Files and Brand Knowledge

Give Zami your context — briefs, guidelines, past reports — and its answers stop being generic.

01

Why upload files

Public signal tells Zami about the market. Your files tell it about you. Upload brand guidelines, campaign briefs, product docs, or prior reports under Files, and Zami reads them so its answers are grounded in your context — your voice, your rules, your history — not just what is public.

02

How it works

  • Add documents on the Files page. They become part of your brand knowledge.
  • When you ask a question or run an app, Zami can draw on those documents automatically to keep answers on-brand and specific.
  • The KnowledgeComposer app leans on this directly — it composes strategy from everything you know, so the more you have uploaded and researched, the richer it gets.
03

Good practice

Keep the useful material current — an outdated brief steers answers the wrong way. Treat Files as the memory you want Zami to reason from.
